You can take part in both Wednesday night core adults class, 6.15-7pm

As of January 2024 on a Tuesday night, 6.15-7pm we will br running the Viper Squad. This is an advanced class for those who want specialist training in Sparring, weapons, freestyle and elite fitness workouts.
